Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: $9.99 flat rate per order.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $250 or more (order subtotal).
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 0–5 business days. In-stock items usually ship within 1 business day.
- Transit: 3–6 business days with our carriers (UPS, FedEx or USPS).
- Total: most orders arrive within 3–11 business days.
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor and may arrive in a separate package. If an item is backordered, we contact you before shipping and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us at info@priconmed.com or 855-932-4721 and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
