The Quantimetrix QuantTest Red Total Protein Assay System is a colorimetric method for total protein quantitation. It uses Pyrogallol Red Molybdate dye binding method and is suitable for microliter samples of urine or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in manual or automated systems.
